Evalena Leedy, E-RYT 200, YACEP, IAYT, was the founder of YogaSole in Brooklyn, NY, leading its community from 2008 until its closing. Guided by the belief that “We are always at the perfect place to begin—yoga will meet you right where you are,” she fosters growth and connection in body, mind, and spirit. Dedicated to service, she helped raise over $100,000 for organizations like the White Hawk Foundation, the Breast Cancer Research Fund, and local charities. As Executive Director of the White Hawk Foundation, she works to conserve the Osa Peninsula rainforest in Costa Rica. A committed Zazen meditation practitioner, she has studied with Genno Linda King since 2010. Evalena continues to share her passion for yoga through private sessions, workshops, retreats, and trainings—her life’s true calling.
