Hey there, I'm Shlok Karnik! I'm currently knee-deep in my studies, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Since I was a kid, I've been absolutely hooked on sports and staying active. Whether it's running, playing team sports, or hitting the gym, you can bet I'm there giving it my all. I've always been fascinated by how the human body works, especially when it comes to sports performance and exercise. That's why I decided to dive headfirst into the world of sports science. From anatomy and physiology to biomechanics and psychology, I'm soaking up everything I can to understand how we can push our bodies to new limits. But it's not all about hitting the books for me. I love getting hands-on experience too. I've been involved in some cool research projects, looking at how different training methods can affect performance and prevent injuries.
