Welcome to my channel fellow assassins! I’m a 22 year old fitness enthusiast from Saint Louis, Missouri. From ex-athlete, to ex-competitive bodybuilder, to someone who now just wants to be healthy and look aesthetic, training has truly helped me find myself and has taught me priceless lessons these past 7 years and counting that I have been able to apply to my life as a whole! My vision is to shed light on the beauty of the gym and working out, as well as all the positive aspects they have to offer other than what is read in a textbook or on forums. I want others to know that training does not have to be this daunting beast that seems like an ambiguous “voyage” to reach the goals they have established for themselves. My hope is that my content will allow people to feel much more comfortable beginning or enhancing their fitness journey! Train HARD! Train SMART! Train like an ASSASSIN!
