We are Joe and Di welcome to our channel. We have been growing veg, fruit and herbs organically for over 30 years. If like us you worry about chemicals used to grow food, feel uneasy about the impact on our health of how food is processed and want to take back control and grow as much of your own food as you can then follow this channel. What we have learnt over the years will hopefully help anybody considering growing some of their own food. We will offer advice and tips on how to grow organically, grow cheaply as possible and produce food that is tastier, safer and more nutritious We will provide ideas on how to preserve and store your crops and some recipes to enjoy and use for your crops. The are so many benefits to growing your own food: use it at its freshest, its better for the environment with no food miles, the exercise is good for you and it connects you to natural cycles.
